Beginning the audit process is simple.

Finalizing our fee agreement is the first step. Our fees are contingency based, however some municipalities prefer a time and materials fee structure as is standard with audits. Authorizing Azavar’s data management professionals to work with the utilities on your behalf is the second step.

Once Azavar receives your written authorization, we will setup our initial kick-off meeting and carry out relevant research.
