Azavar's solution for the Transo Envelope Company was to give the customer an ever-lasting online shopping experience. The strategy was to use the Internet as the core business function while linking the company directly with its customers. Instead of a push-focused strategy, our marketing team proposed implementing a pull-oriented strategy that allows customers to pull the product directly through the supply chain.

In the envelope and print industry, customers traditionally make their purchase from a physical print shop where they are able to select a style, review the proof and place an order in one or more visits. Keeping the standard purchase experience in mind, the creative departments at Azavar developed an intuitive interface that allows customers to sketch out their design online. The application was robust enough to understand this online sketch and generate an instant proof of their rendering. Not only does the application have the ability to organize textual information on envelopes and printed material, but it also provides customers with the option to include pictures and graphics.

Azavar designed the site to be dynamic and manageable for Transo Envelope as the company must continually adapt to its market on a daily basis. Through the use of the intuitive administration features and database updates for an efficient process flow model, Azavar facilitated an efficient and effective customer relationship management tool.

The order entry was made simple through a three-click process, thus completing the entire purchase. Azavar made this possible by implementing extremely user-friendly navigation. Advanced features like shopping carts let users store their order and personal information, while also performing credit card purchases transparent to them. These applications were implemented through a secured website. Customer privacy and security information is appropriately displayed for customer satisfaction.
