Prior to Azavar Technologies Corporation strategy consulting implementation, nationally recognized legal service providers Vedder, Price, Kaufman & Kammholz were experiencing significant difficulties in facilitating employee and customer communication throughout their nationwide offices. The organization needed to better integrate the geographically disparate offices, while unifying their marketing and customer relationship management processes.
They looked to Azavar to suggest a course of action for technology implementation. Azavar began the process by analyzing the firm's internal infrastructure and external marketing procedures. From here, we determined that Vedder Price would benefit most from a Webability™ solution equipped with an administrative intranet. This would not only unite the company's segmented marketing practices, but would also streamline the flow of information between the company's administrative team.
From our initial studies, we found that customer interaction was the company's primary equity, with a large part of their sales and marketing expenses allocated solely to this objective. In addition to better managing customer relationships, the project also involved seamlessly integrating the company's administrative infrastructure via a corporate intranet. The application alleviates additional costs incurred to maintain the Web presence since corporate headquarters control all web presence updates via the Intranet application. This gives Vedder Price a more efficient and effective means of managing internal and external communication channels without reengineering the company’s standard practices and procedures.
